- Each ring is made-to-order, meaning that we begin the production process once we receive your order. From there it takes about 6-8 weeks to complete the ring and then ship it to you.
- Pre-Orders require more time depending on when the final ring design is revealed and available to begin production.
- Please note that local holidays, and other factors can affect delivery times.
Tracking and Order Updates:
- Customers will receive a tracking number upon shipment. This allows you to monitor the progress of your order.
- We'll send you email updates on the status of your order as it progresses through our system and during transit.
Lost or Damaged Items:
